As of 26th April, all travel restrictions to Scotland from other parts of the UK will be lifted. Self catering businesses will be open for business. As from the 17th May four guests from two households can stay overnight in self catering accommodation in Scotland.
As we’re only 10 miles from St Andrews and two minutes walk from a beach you’ll find Crail with it’s historic harbour a great place if you’ve left it to the last minute to book a self catering cottage holiday. With good food shopping only a few minutes walk away, you can self-cater here without much preparation, just pack your case and arrive.

If you want to eat out you are within walking distance from the Golf Hotel and the East Neuk Hotel in Crail High Street as well as two cafes The Honeypot in the High Street and The Crail Harbour Gallery at the Harbour. Crail also has an excellent Fish & Chip shop and fish restaurant.
If you are looking for fine dining then The Cellar in Anstruther has a Michelin star. We would also recommend Craig Millar at St Monans harbour.
